Thursday, 4/24/08, 10:30pm • Sweet-Tooth Simpleton with Twilighter
Sweet Tooth Simpleton has a nice quirky singing voice that can be likened to a twangy They Might Be Giants. As for Twilighter, well, I can not reveal how much they rock without generating an actionable conflict of interest, so you'll just have to see for yourselves.

Saturday 4/19/08, 10:30pm $5 • Rat Jackson, The Dry Heathens, Blackhook
As we've said before (and you know we'll say again): triple bill = triple threat = triple treat! You will simply become another victim of the onslaught of hot humid passion that is The Rat Jackson Band. The Dry Heathens do the Athens sound / Replacements thing. Blackhook look like something that had crawled out of the jungles in The Legend of Greystoke and sound country-rock.
